Oravita is your partner on the way to your dream home on the coast. We support clients throughout the entire process: finding suitable land, design, obtaining the required documentation, legal and administrative work, and completing the project with the handover of the keys.
Oravita brings together property, design, planning and full support in delivering construction projects. We enable clients to get all the key services needed to create their own home on the coast in one place. We pay particular attention to projects of quality residential buildings and villas in attractive coastal locations.
Our goal is not only to deliver a project, but to create a space that fits each client's way of life, wishes and needs.
One partner, one process and clear responsibility — at every step you know who to turn to.
Oravita brings together specialists from different fields who work on your project together and coordinate with each other.
Our mission is simple – your satisfaction. We combine expertise, experience and a love of the coast so that every client has as smooth a path as possible to their own home.
Our vision is to become a recognised and reliable partner for creating quality homes and properties on the coast, with an individual approach, excellent service and a long-term relationship with our clients.
Oravita focuses on the coastal area of Croatia, with a special emphasis on Zadar and the surrounding attractive locations.
