Every project has its own specifics. That is why we first get to know your wishes, possibilities and plans, and then connect the necessary steps of delivery.
We discuss your wishes and budget and, if needed, help you find and assess suitable land.
We turn your ideas into a project that connects functionality, aesthetics and the possibilities of the chosen location.
We support you with the administrative procedures and coordinate the documentation and the specialists involved in the project.
We coordinate the contractors, monitor the final stages of the works and prepare the property for the handover of the keys.
